2. Website access and hosting
This is a static website. It does not use a contact form and Alencare does not operate visitor analytics. The hosting infrastructure, reverse proxy and Nginx web server process technical connection data only as needed to deliver a requested page and protect the service. Access and error logging are disabled for this website, so Alencare does not retain request logs.
The transient processing is necessary for the secure and reliable operation of the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are delivery, technical stability and security. Hetzner supplies the underlying hosting infrastructure and acts as a processor on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

3. No cookies, analytics or advertising
This website does not set cookies and does not load analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, embedded maps, social media widgets or other external runtime resources. Fonts, images and styles are served from the same website. No user profile is created and there is no automated decision-making or profiling through this website.
4. Email and telephone enquiries
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the details you provide, such as your name, contact details, organisation, message and any related correspondence. We use this information only to respond to and manage the relevant enquiry.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where we respond to a general business enquiry. Our legitimate interest is direct communication with customers and interested professional parties. If your enquiry concerns steps before entering into a contract or an existing contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where records must be kept to comply with a legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR applies.
5. Retention
Alencare does not retain website request logs. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to answer and manage the enquiry. It may be retained longer where this is necessary for an ongoing business relationship, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or to meet statutory record-keeping duties. When no such reason remains, the data is deleted.
6. Recipients
Personal data is accessible only to people who need it for the purposes described above. Technical hosting data is processed by Hetzner as our hosting processor. Enquiry data may be processed by the communication and IT providers needed to deliver and manage the message. We disclose data to advisers, public authorities or other recipients only where this is necessary for a legal duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
7. International transfers
The website delivery described above uses hosting located in the European Union, and this website does not itself send personal data to a third country. When you send an email, its technical delivery route also depends on the email service selected by you. If a transfer outside the European Economic Area becomes necessary for our processing, it will take place only in accordance with Chapter V GDPR. Information about the relevant safeguard is available on request.
8. Whether data must be provided
You do not have to provide personal data through a website form because no form exists. Technical connection data is necessary to retrieve a page. Contacting us is voluntary, but without sufficient contact and message information we may be unable to answer an enquiry.
9. Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may also object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. To exercise a right, contact office@alencare-si.com. We may need information to confirm your identity before responding.
10. Right to complain
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Slovenia, the competent authority is:
